Community Fundraising

We are committed to keeping Norwich Pride free, and accessible for everyone.

We rely on donations, sponsorship, grants and fundraising to pay for the event in the heart of our city each summer.

When amazing people from our community raise money for Norwich Pride we couldn’t be more grateful.

Since our first pride in 2009 there have been bake sales, plant sales, fun runs, jumble sales – people have undertaken all sorts of activities to help fund Norwich Pride.

Here are a few recent examples –

James Lupson ran the Norwich 10K in 2022 and raised over £600.

Now That’s What I Call Drag raised over £2000 hosting drag events in 2023 and 2024.

If you plan to raise money for Norwich Pride tell us about what you are doing so we can promote the event or activity, and help make it a success.

If you want to use the Norwich Pride Fundraising logo you must –

Email allies@norwichpride.org.uk with an outline of the event or activity

1. Agree to uphold the Pride Pledge

2. Be clear in all promotional material about the percentage of income to be donated to Norwich Pride (e.g. 100%, or ‘all profits after costs’)

3. Confirm when we will receive the funds

When all this is in place we will be happy for you to use the Fundraising logo.

Whatever you do, please raise money responsibly, safely and legally.

Once you have completed your event you can pay the funds to us via our Localgiving page, or by sending a cheque payable to Norwich Pride send it c/o 10 Cathedral Street, Norwich NR1 1LX).
