Norwich Pride 2026 is officially OPEN FOR BUSINESS!
We’re excited to share details of our key sponsorship opportunities, along with two application forms containing everything you need to join us for Norwich Pride on Saturday 25th July.
Key Sponsorship Opportunities
We’re delighted to confirm that Greater Anglia will return as our Main Sponsor, and Norwich University of the Arts will once again be our Arts Sponsor. We’re equally thrilled to welcome back The Assembly House and The Forum as event partners, and to continue our partnership with our media partner Future Radio.
For 2026, we’re expanding our sponsorship programme with a range of new opportunities. If you would like your business or organisation to have a deeper relationship with Norwich Pride and the community we serve, and benefit from a bespoke package that meaningfully aligns your brand with our values we’d love to hear from you.
Sponsorship packages:
Education Sponsor (offers in the region of £5,000) Supporting our education programme at The Forum, including the annual Question Time event.
Entertainment Sponsor (offers in the region of £8,000) One of our most visible sponsorships, helping us showcase incredible talent across five stages.
Volunteers Sponsor (offers in the region of £3,000) Ensuring every volunteer who makes Norwich Pride possible feels valued and appreciated.
Communications Sponsor (offers in the region of £4,000) Helping us produce the Pride Guide magazine.
Accessibility Sponsor (offers in the region of £5,000) Funding essential accessibility measures such as BSL interpretation, on‑stage live captioning, and online live‑streaming. Norwich Pride is for everyone—your support helps make that real.
All key sponsors receive a comprehensive and unique package of rights, including on‑the‑day benefits (a stall, a march slot, a full‑page Pride Guide advert) as well as significant pre‑ and post‑event promotion. This includes social media collaborations, radio interviews, opportunities to speak at our Pride Guide launch, and VIP invitations to events such as the opening of the Pride Art Exhibition.
Becoming a key sponsor is a powerful way to demonstrate visible, meaningful support for LGBTQIA+ rights.

Event Applications
We have 186 stall spaces available across seven locations, along with numerous opportunities to join our iconic march through Norwich. There are also cost‑effective advertising options in the Pride Guide, on screens in Chapelfield Gardens and The Forum, and on the Norwich Pride website.
All participating businesses, organisations, and groups must sign the Norwich Pride Pledge. Pride is not simply a marketing opportunity—it is a protest, a celebration, and a commitment to standing with a community facing increasing prejudice and discrimination. Please only sign the pledge if you can agree to uphold its principles.
This year, there are two application forms:
Norwich Pride Stall Application Form For all stalls in all locations, including caterers, makers and artists, and stalls at The Forum, Theatre Street, and Chapelfield Gardens.
Norwich Pride March and Advertising Application Form For booking a march slot, placing an advert, or becoming an official ally.
If you require both a stall and a march slot and/or advert, you will need to complete both forms.
Stalls will sell out, so please apply ASAP, and provide all required documentation well before the event to avoid disappointment.
Please read all terms and conditions within the forms carefully, including artwork and documentation deadlines.
Key Deadlines
Stall bookings close: Friday 10th April Successful applicants will be notified in early May.
