Norwich Pride is coming of age!

We turn 18 this July! This summer marks a huge milestone for our community, and we’re planning the biggest and best Norwich Pride yet. Together we’ll celebrate 18 incredible years of Norwich Pride – and then start dreaming even bigger as we look ahead to our 21st in 2029!

Our pledge remains the same: Norwich Pride will always be free, run entirely by volunteers, and community led. If you love Pride and want to help make it shine, this is your moment to get involved. You could be part of that team helping bring the pride to Norwich.

Deputy Head of Fundraising

This is an exciting and fun role for someone wanting to learn new skills or develop existing fundraising knowledge. The role reports to the Head of Fundraising and is active throughout the year, with core activities taking place between February and July.

The Deputy Head of Fundraising is part of the Delivery Team tier of Norwich Pride and will be
trained with a view to potentially take over as Head of Fundraising in future planning cycles.

The Deputy role assists the Head of Fundraising in managing key sponsor relationships,
encouraging community fundraising and donations, and working on grant bids, all with the goal
of raising the income required to fund the annual Norwich Pride event.

Become a Pride Trustee

You want to support our mission and become a Trustee, especially if you have a particular skillset in areas such as finance, planning, communication, access, education, or safeguarding. In 2026 we are particularly looking for someone to act as Treasurer and
someone to lead on equity, diversity and inclusion.

Prior experience of being a Trustee for a charity is not required as you will be provided with support and mentoring to develop your understanding of what being a Trustee means.

You will need to commit time, attend meetings and be interested in developing policy and representing the trustees at events. We’re looking for fresh perspectives and new ideas to bring to the board.
